the Evilness Meter (the E.M.)

the E.M.(Evilness Meter) is a new idea i made.if you think someone should be banned,post on here 3 things.
1.the persons username here
2.the persons username on millsberry
3.a paragraph stating why this person should be banned

after that,there will be 3 tests.
1.the E.M. test
2.the Rank test
3.the jury test
in the E.M. test,i will look at all of the persons post to decide what the rank is on the EM(the higher,the meaner).
in the rank test,the admins,mods,and forumasters will decide whether the member should be banned.
in the jury test,i will do a jury trial.where both people will get a say on what they think of the banning.then the mods and forumasters will decide if the person should be banned.

in order for someone to be banned,3 things must happen.
1.the person must have at least 1 penalty
2.the person must fail all tests.
3.the person must not be on my friends list.
